The hemostasis process: This is the center’s hemostasis management process: when a patient has persistent bleeding after surgery, the first step is to optimize the patient’s general condition including body temperature, PH value, Ca concentration and Hb level. Coagulation tests are performed at the same time, and further management is carried out according to different test results: protamine antagonist heparin for anticoagulant effect if ACT is > 140 s, platelet transfusion if platelet count < 50,000 per µL, fibrinogen replacement if fibrinogen is less than 1.5 g/L, FFP or PCC if INR > 1.5 or APTT > 55s
