Demonstrates a rounded low-density lesion adjacent to the trachea in the upper mediastinum on the right, measuring approximately 6.5 cm × 4.5 cm, with a CT attenuation of about 34 HU. The trachea is slightly compressed and displaced rightward. The enhancement scan highlights significant enhancement in certain areas, with multiple unenhanced fine linear shadows within. The lesion is intimately associated with the superior vena cava, right brachiocephalic vein, and right subclavian artery.
